The quiet streets were interrupted by a yell from one of the nearest alleyways, a blue pegasus immediately shot out of it and took off to the skies at top speed while a tongue of flames burst from the mouth of the alleyway, two more stallions running past trying to pat out the flames in their manes while what sounded like a choking cough came from the alleyway along with some very, very ragged and labored breathing.

In the alleyway a final stallion, a black earth pony, was pinned to the wall by his neck by a pony standing on his hind legs so he could use his forehoof in that manner; even if he hadn't been standing on his forehooves it was obvious that the pony in the red and black body suit was immensely tall and bulky and clearly didn't lack for strength as he was holding the stallion against the wall by one hoof with no apparent strain.

The only thing visible behind a combination of the flight suit's hood being up and a grey facemask was his eyes, glaring amber orbs that seemed fixated on the stallion with a look of great interest, as if he was an animal doing something strange and amusing as he choked.
