Would it be possible to differentiate between fusions and typical crossovers? (Example of a fusion: The Superwomen of Eva series. Example of a normal crossover: Falling Stars.) Perhaps by having two folders that copies of the current folders are put in? It may sound neurotic, but eventually someone's going to want to filter out the stories where Rainbow Dash becomes Supergirl to find stories where Kara Zor-El comes to Equestria and teams up with Rainbow Dash.
