In the Dark of the Night

Contrary to what one would think, the bat ponies actually have a great loathing for Luna due to the Nightmare Moon incident--so much so that they fled Equestria. But now that the Princess of the Moon is back in both mind and body, it is time for them to return to Equestria. What would normally be Luna's responsibility is instead lain upon the shoulders of Twilight Sparkle.

Night Guards and the Shadowbolts are assigned to be her escort for the trip to Lostlorn Vale, the home of the bat ponies; but Indigo Zap, Captain of the Shadowbolts has much more important things on her mind than keeping order in her squadron.

Mainly, staring at Twilight's ass.
