Me (male Ali form my avi): I'm ok with that, I can still eat sugars and I get to drink juice instead.
Doctor: Actually... This blood work says your good cholesterol is too low, so you can't drink jucie and you need to watch your intake of sugar.
Me: oh... Ok (sad face)
Doctor: don't forget to exerserise!

That little interaction is between me and a dermatologist. This sparks form me taking a medication for my compeltion that not only restricts my diet, but it is now to augment the mild feelings of depression I had before starting the medication.
