electreXcessive has gone on an indefinite hiatus (see his blog post), without being able to finish the first chapter. He asked to be moved to a later chapter instead.

We're going to need someone else to do the first chapter.
(Keep in mind that the first chapter is especially challenging: you'd be the one who has to come up with a good story premise that will keep going for 5-6 chapters, and you set the tone, POV, and pacing for the whole fic.)

So, do we have any volunteers? I don't really want to take over the position myself, because I don't want to overwhelm the creative process by putting too much input in from one person (me).
