9 is a bit late, I'd say around seven. Biweekly sounds fine. Unfortunately, my Internet is down for my computer, so I can't play tonight.

Even though I can't play because of my ping (a latency of 110 against a whole server of 20-60s does not end up well for me), I would suggest a weekly event during breaks or weekends possibly around 6 or 7 ish (since that's when most people should be home from work)

Friday or the weekend sounds like a good day to have them, if it's a weekly deal.
