Shutter stood on the sheltered balcony of the second story of a gorgeous house. He looked out wishing with all his might that he was someone else. Someone that could be able to fulfill his friends needs and wants. In the end of it all he fell short, failing both of his companions. The sun's powerful glare transcended beyond the mountain bringing the shadows of the night along with it. Lighting struck and the rain pelted his face, but he no longer cared for it. Once again he manages to take something quite remarkable and throw it away. Much is the fate of many scraped ideas and drawings of his. The power of self doubt had triumphed over him once more. "Perhaps it would be best if I was... *sigh* nevermind, They have each other to share the intimacy, They will be okay without you."

Fade sat in a nearby cafe and stared out at the rain. He didn't bother getting anything to drink, which made him wonder even more why he bothered coming here. He sat in the same place he always did, a three seated table, right by the window. He sighed lightly as he continued to mindlessly stare out at the rhythmic rain as it beat the large glass pane and thought over his friends. It might have been true that he hadn't have known them for the longest time, but they were able to worm his way into their heart regardless. He felt himself choke a bit as he thought over everything that's happened until now, his greatest fears becoming reality in his mind. He shook his head, and wiped the nonexistent tears from his eyes, and stood up to get something to drink.

Vikinga sat alone behind his phone, his clothes were dirty, his half heartedly drawn sketches were mediocre, and he hadn't been out since the last time he visited his relatives. He had no idea what he wanted to do in life, what degrees he wanted to earn, what schools he wanted to attend, what life he wanted to live. He knew in his heart he was doomed to always be like this, alone and indecisive. He might make friends, close friends, on the Internet, but that could never translate to real life intimacy. His parents were inconsistant and unreliable, and his younger sister bullied him. He was a pervert who posed as a female on the Internet because his real life was something he wanted to escape. He was stuck, alone, and miserable. He had half joked about suicide, but he was too cowardly to consider it farther.
