You are in a wagon with the other refugees that had applied for this school.
The wagon is on a bumpy road that leads to the city, where conflict still lies in the aftershock is destruction.
The ride is relatively boring until you enter the city. Large, crumbling structures surround you and you notice a few zombies strewn here and there. From what you hear, it gets worse the closer to the center you go. Even so, your curiosity is perked. No pony else is on the road and it gives your stomach a churning feeling.

An emotionless mare who volunteered to escort the group twitches her ears and says quickly,
"Duck."
It seems that the drones are attacking. The wagon driver abandons you to go who-knows-where and the others seem to be in shock for a few moments as well. It feels like it happens in a split second. Time slows down as a drone's basic missile flies above your heads. The mare flips over the wagon, it acts as a shield for the drones basic attacks, but they'll soon advance.
"Use whatever weapons you have, I don't care what damage you do. But here, where there's drones, there's soldiers."
This mare isn't friendly, but at least she's trying to keep you safe.
With that she turns around, her hoof now being a canon, and starts to shoot.
"What are you waiting for, we're under attack."
You nod and you will do whatever you can to drive these drones away, because after the drones, comes a wave of skilled soldiers ready to kill on sight.
The drones are only after the mutants, while the soldiers are after everything.
It's time to fight.

He turns around taking out his sword and slicing the left ones head in half, in the same move he took his shield off his back to block the middle ones attack.What he saw next was a drone, flying over the wagon, firing a missile at the zombie that was currently on his shield. He kneeled down and took as much cover behind his shield as he could. The missile impacted splattering the zombie and pushed Storm back a few feet. Now pissed Storm sheathed his sword and shield, and took out his war hammer. He charged towards the drone, using the wagon itself as leverage, jumped up and brought his hammer down upon the drone smashing it to bits*
