Seeing as this is a group dedicated to spells, and seeing as there's not much forum activity around this group yet, I thought I would start some! So as the title states, what are some of your favorite spells to be featured in stories? Thanks and have a nice day!

3653654 Telekinesis is my favorite. It doesn't feel that jarring and needs very little explaining.

I love reading about runes--in no small part because it usually involves the narrator or a character to give an explanation about them and what they can do, and the rules of magic are always fun to read about. It just seems to be one of those things people like to explain.

I'm hoping to win a certain contest with it.

My favorite type of magic would be celestial magic. When explaining how it works it is often linked to power and having the correct ancestry. I prefer the more complex explanations of magical workings.
