Tomorrow, at 6:00 PM or so, we Jews begin the holiday of Yom Kippur (יום הכיפורים), also known as the Day of Atonement, the holiest day of the year in Judaism. Its central themes are atonement and repentance. Jewish people traditionally observe this holy day with an approximate 25-hour period of fasting and intensive prayer, often spending most of the day in synagogue services.

I cannot express how deep my amusement is that you're Jewish.

Your actions in other groups are exactly why antisemites exist in the first place.

5554288 Not fucking cool.

5554288 OK you have committed a sin right there.

5554861 So you got on the Lord's good side this year. That's a good thing.

Please do tell, under /any/ religious laws what sin might that be?

5554869 Nah, I didn't really do any big mitzvot, either. Errr... does your wedding count? Probably not in my case.
