I can't get the logistics of the outfit down. If that is in fact a turtleneck sweater that HW has on, why is she wearing it under her blouse? Wouldn't that be itchy? If it's a scarf, where are the other ends of it? I'm really coming up zeroes here, and that's above and beyond all my failed attempts to find a purple blazer.

It's like three layers! In a crowded convention hall, that's almost as bad as a fursuit. And Heaven forfend you try to put on a fursuit plus the required three layers of clothing.
