It's hard to believe this franchise has been around for four decades, but My Little Pony debuted forty years ago, in 1983.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of MLP, bookhorse125 is hosting a community fanfic open to all generations of MLP, conveniently titled 40 Years. This will be a collaboration of Fimfic authors, and anyone who'd like more details should check out this blog post on the subject.

I hope Megan will be included in this, because it would just feel wrong not to include the original protagonist of this franchise.
