Will i get in trouble with the military if I punch someone in ROTC?

Art. 128 is still Art. 128 regardless of who you hit.

MCR, I was never in ROTC, so I can't say for certain, but it has been my experience that if you have to ask if it will get you in trouble, 99% of the time it will, and that last one percent is highly likely that it will also. Sorry amigo, just don't let them get to ya is my advise.

Thanks much appreciated.

Don't hate, love and tolerate! Failing that, slicing tires works sometimes. :pinkiehappy:

As far as I know, you won't get in any more trouble than you usually would, providing you're not actually in ROTC. The Uniform Code of Military Justice only applies to members of the military, so if you have no fear of assault charges in a normal court, go for it.

But MerlosTheMad has a point. Slashing tires is much safer.
