1412684 I see Pinkie Pie is the acceleration type kart character. They basically are the same as speed characters. I do think I would make Pinkie Pie handle slightly better, or even completly randomize her traits, meaning that there could be a luck factor with her.

1414190 Discord could be a boss character that you unlock by placing first in all the cups. As for the items I can imagine cupcakes, balloons, and a lightning bolt to name a few.

Sorry, theirs no Discord. I searched. As a matter of fact, I even tried looking for Zecora, or any of the background characters, couldn't find them.
