Biography;
Latias and Latios were real enigmas on how they came to be, more so on how they were born, other than that they were the adopted by Arceus a long time ago. Many old legends exclude them strangely, as the oldest records of Latios and Latias are around 3,000 years old, but some of the Legendary Pokémon seem to indicate that they are much older than that. However, even if they have eternal life, they do succumb to some rules that Death had placed upon them and others; Living like other mortals, but having to go through cycles of rebirth that severely hamper their previous incarnation’s memories…

Latios is described as being an overbearing, and protective older brother to Latias, as between the two, Latios is the older sibling. He is known for being quite attractive when in disguise, taking on the form of a handsome, but brooding young man in his twenties. Though he is blue in color, his favorite colors are usually warm colors, like Gold, Red, Pink, or White. Aside from being told long ago to guard mysterious stones that will later be known as Key Stones, his faintest memories seem to indicate that he may have been the inspiration for, or is the true identity of the Greek hero, Perseus. Latios had once stated that long ago in Greece, he does have a memory of meeting a princess by the name Andromeda once before, thus making the myth of Perseus possibly not a myth at all, but a real historical point in time. It was only during the 1970s that Latios became aware of the influential and powerful race of animals known as dinosaurs, which he spent years to this day, learning all he could about them through the humans…

Latias would be the polar opposite of her brother, personality-wise. Her disguises were known to have attracted the eyes of many men, and Latias once told that she had gained the admiration of the Greek god Zeus a long time ago, but that he wouldn’t dare touch her out of fear of her brother and her adoptive father, Arceus. Some of her faint memories seemed to indicate that like her brother, Latias may have been the inspiration for, or was the true identity of a prominent character in Greek mythology, her possible connection being tied to that of the Greek woman, Io. Latias, unlike her older brother Latios, became aware of, and having met with, the ancient animal race known affectionately as Dinosaurs thanks to her adoptive siblings, even wanting to adopt an infant hadrosaur in the past. But, her adoptive elder brother, Dialga, told her she couldn’t because she could create a paradox that would drastically affect the modern world at the time, and even more so in the future, so she reluctantly set her pet free millions of years ago…

Nowadays, Latias and Latios have adopted various modern lifestyles into their personal interests or their disguises. Latias is crazy about Japanese pop culture and modern video games, her disguises utilize various costumes like a maid or a J-pop star. Latios developed an interest in modern avionics and aviation, having gained a piloting license and owning a military jet that was thought to have been lost at sea during the War of Iraq in 2005.
