Hi does anyone know any stories where the villain is a alternate unreformed version of discord or is a different draquse with chaos powers.

And also bonuses points to anyone who knows any recent fics where discord is the villain or at least messing with people there isn't that much of them now.

As usual, Alara J Rogers is the person you should be reading. While I don't think she ever writes Discord as the villain, Not The Hero and, especially recently, Elements of Opposition have some of the elements you describe, with the latter having them visit a world which his counterpart destroyed.

I also saw a 5-Score where Discord is 5-scored by "Evil Discord", but it was poorly written so I didn't get far.
