If you spot this blog post, I'll be even more impressed than I was by those who spotted the earlier ones. But what will impress me most of all is if you can find me the story I'm thinking of.
This entry is a strange one because I have a lot of very specific details, yet I cannot find the story, when I would normally expect this to be more than enough. Nevertheless, my Google-fu and filter browsing both failed, so here we are.
I seem to recall "The Weight of Her Affection" being either the story title or a chapter title, but it's possible I'm mistaken since searches turn up nothing relevant.
I recall the below picture being used for the story, with moderate confidence.
The plot goes as follows: Chrysalis, after the events of A Canterlot Wedding, finds herself in the human world. She is more or less resigned to her fate and decides to eke out a life there. She has moderate success as an office worker but eventually finds out about My Little Pony, which exists as fiction. She inserts herself into the online fandom and garners much love. At one point she realizes that her natural form is now fat due to overfeeding and uploads a series of workout videos as "CGI" with herself as the voice actor. Time passes; she has got a human significant other; she has mostly moved on to other fandoms. She reveals her true self to her significant other. Roll credits.
To be honest, I half suspect that the story has been deleted. I hope it is not true but if you can confirm that it's true then I can at least rest easy knowing I'm not misremembering the title.
