Halloween, my favorite time of the year, where we all celebrate one of the biggest human emotions...Fear. But what is it that we fear? Well maybe I can give a few examples.
Maybe you're afraid of being stranded in the deep dark ocean at night with no way out and no one to call help for...as predators from the deep blackness descend upon you.
Oh Fun Fact: Did you know that only 5% of the ocean has been explored by mankind...yeah, let that sink in.
Or Maybe you fear Diseases, an unseen enemy targeting you from the inside, as it slowly and continuously breaks you down from within. Some diseases can target your eyes causing permanent blindness, or your heart causing sudden death, or your limbs making you unable to move.
Maybe you fear the end of your own life, even though humans are alive, they won't be alive forever, death is inevitable, and no matter what you may try to do, eventually, Death will come for you, and he will come to collect.
Or maybe you fear...isolation....being all alone with nowhere to go...and no one to turn to...as the walls close in on you...the silence...is deafening.
