Well, it's been one whole year of me having this account on here and it has been great. All the way from my first story to my latest it has been a learning experience in many ways. Throughout the year I've improved my writing and the scope of my writing projects from when I started. I have also begun to find my own writing style in some of my works. I have read many great fanfics and have been inspired by a lot of great works. Writing on here is something I've become truly passionate about, and I can't thank those people who have followed, read, rated, and reviewed my works enough! Thank you so much for all your input and for your critiques, they help a lot. I also of course want to thank those of you who've followed me as an author, if only briefly, and those who I've had the pleasure to chat with on here too. It truly has been an amazing experience that makes me appreciate this fandom so much more than I already did. I know I haven't always been the best with somethings, *cough cough* When Gems Break *cough cough* and I really am sorry for that. It's something I hope to improve upon here going into my second year of fanfic writing. I also feel as though some of my stories haven't been the best they could be. Me putting myself into a creative box just wanting to test the waters with short little bite sized stories that I was, a few times, only partially invested in making caused a lot of the issues in my opinion. Well, no more! Now I feel as though I'm ready to tackle bigger projects and stories, hence my next and newest story I'm currently focusing all my attention on. And with bigger and longer stories it will give me the opportunity to properly flesh out my stories and the characters in them much better than I ever could in my one-shots. Now, the one-shots aren't going anywhere I'm just incorporating some longer stories into my portfolio. Also, the reason I have nothing, besides this blog post, to celebrate the one year anniversary of this account is because I'm saving it for the one year anniversary of my first story! And Here's a sneak peak of the current cover! (It's subject to possibly change later on)

On August 14th, Child of Stars presents the beginning of their newest tale: Alone

To go from my first story, From Shadow Unto Snow, to my newest story, Alone, is a wild ride looking back. They also both happen to be Sombra centric stories, ha fancy that! (Like seriously I didn't try that)
