The Heart Grows - Update! · 1:01am May 1st, 2022

What are those crazy kobolds up to this week?

Coverart from the amazing Dilarus!

Dungeon games? Yeah, they're a good way to waste a few hours. The trick is to know the map and plan appropriately. Of course, it doesn't matter if you get beaten. You revise your plan for that map and do a bit better next time. Man, it'd really suck to wake up as a dungeon heart in a fantasy world you know nothing about, barely able to even work out how to control your dungeon. Lucky that wouldn't happen to anybody, huh? What with only having one chance at getting things right, you'd have to plan extra-defensive.

Contains: Transformation, Kobolds, Isekai, Dungeon, LitRPG

Lets hope that, if the church decides to send agents, its the TSO scrub squad.
and cant wait for the next update.

Dungeons are there to be harvested and farmed, as is written in the holy scriptures.

The question, of course, is who wrote those scriptures. Yes, we see clear evidence of the divine in this chapter, but the gods can have their own agendas. It also makes me wonder if there's a god of dungeons out there...

In any case, yeah, any town would be thrilled to see murderhobos removed from the dungeon-town economic cycle. Though I'm not sure how most adventurers will feel about a "mercantile" dungeon when they get wind of it. Fascinating developments here; looking forward to more.

Also, pity anyone who has to explain this to a lizardperson.
"It was two kobolds in a cloak."
"Excuse me!?"
"No, it was literally two kobolds in a cloak. You could see the lower one hand the upper one things now and again."

I am sure there would be no fistfighting at all—or at least very little.

... okay, maybe a lot.

hey damaged, just so i can know, which roguelikes do you like/have played?

5654594 Roguelikes? Not a lot. A few lane-fighter ones (Darkest Dungeons, Dungeon Rushers), but they aren't really my thing. I prefer RPGs (pen and paper ones). DnD 2, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, Pathfinder, WoD, that kind of thing. Favorites are Pathfinder and WoD.
