The Blazing Sun Blogs : 2

    And then, there was seven.

Seven chapters in! I'm very glad that people are liking the story. It's not everyone's taste, yet it has gotten a considerably larger response than I thought it would get. Thanks to all of you guys reading it, it's been consistently getting on the featured list with every updated chapter. However, this brings us to where we are at now.

The Blazing Sun Blogs : 1 · 3:52am Mar 23rd, 2022

Welcome to the first blog of : The Blazing Sun!

This will be an ongoing blog series of updates for the story, the writing process, and anything else. Questions can be asked in the comments, and will be answered most of the time. This first blog will be about what's been happening behind the scenes, and what it's like writing the story.

First of all, thank all of you guys for showing your support for the story. I've gotten so many notifications for favorites and comments, and looking at it now I see that the like counter goes higher and higher. I'll try my best to keep you all entertained, and I am so happy you decided to read my story!

This is the first story I've written where I've had a editor, and let me just say that having an editor is a game-changer. Someone who knows just how to word things correctly, and how to correct grammar issues is something that can not be understated. My Editor The Great Khan is honestly a genius, and I am so happy that he's willing to help me.

He's a big help in writing this story, and he's quick with his edits. Seriously, thank you Khan.

Now, I've been having a ton of fun writing this story so far. It's barely begun, but it's been a blast. Anon stories are usually flagged down because of how they are usually the same thing, different scenario. In a sense, that is The Blazing Sun, but I wanted to go with something a bit different.

A realistic, or personal side of Anon who struggles with stress and depression, who uses his innate humor and general flair to bring comedy into the story. Does it work? I think so, but all of you are the ones to determine if it's worked or not.

I'm going to try to get a chapter out every day, or one every two days. It's quite difficult for me to write a whole lot during the day, so the chapters will be contained in small sizes mostly, but expect there to be a few chapters that go on for awhile.

I hope you all enjoy the story, and if you've got any questions (except for spoilers) do ask. I'm willing to listen to anything you all have to say. Goodnight!

Great job with the story so far šŸ‘, Some lurking questions in my mind Iā€™m guessing will be answered as the story progresses but if possible: Did Anon meet/know Celestia before Daybreaker took over?

Yes, Anon had met Celestia before Daybreaker took her over. It's mentioned in chapter 1, but it doesn't mention how long they'd known each other.

What he said!

Anon had met her prior to the story, and he has been 'working' with Daybreaker for awhile now. The story starts at the low of his mental state.
