So my Stepbrother and I watched Jackass Forever last night. Pretty much, we were both laughing almost nonstop, and wincing at some of the extremely painful stunts. Not just us, but the entire theater was roaring with laughter and screams. It really felt like a last Hoorah for these guys, and yes, there's new guys, but there was no "Passing of the torch" scene or elaborate introductions. If you had told your kids (not sure why) that they were part of the crew since day 1, they would believe you.
I guess my only real complaint is that there's no true "ending" to it. It just sorta ends, but I'm sure there's a Forever and a Half that'll be released on DVD, with more stunts and gags. But I can't truly complain after laughing hard seeing a group of friends repeatedly kick each other in the nuts while wearing crappy costumes.
But I do have one spoiler:
The credits has a nice moment where it's in memory of Ryann Dunn.
So be sure to see this, leave your kids at home, and have a good laugh, as this will be very likely the last Jackass movie we will see.
OMG, I loved seeing it in theaters.
The one where they locked them in the room with a "snake" made me laugh the hardest, XD
