Guys...Megalovania got played in front of the Pope.
This is not a joke.
It went from a rom-hack boss song in 2008, to a Homestuck song in 2011, to a full-fledged video game song in 2015 with Undertale, and then got into Smash in 2019, and now got played in front of the damn POPE in 2022. IN JAZZ! With accompanying entertainers to boot!
I just can’t anymore. 2022 has killed me already.

Apparently it was some family event that the Pope was attending, so the song wasn't specifically played for him, nor were the entertainers there for him, but rather for the kids and families. However, Megalovania was still played in front of him.
Even funnier is that apparently MatPat of GameTheory fame actually gifted the Pope a copy of Undertale, so it's entirely possible that the Pope actually recognized the song.
