It's been one hell of a ride for 2021. Started the year off by pulling my shoulder and having to do Physio, then deal with another kidney stone at the same time I watched my father battle cancer and lose. Finished out the year with damaging my leg leaving me to walk with a cane for a while.
Life just didn't want me to keep going by the way it treated me and it was rough. With everything that happened and what went on, I still pushed on to create content for you all, and watched how you reacted to it with your comments, up and down votes, and seeing my notifications light up red with favorites adding the tales to your personal libraries. Each of those made it easier to keep going and bring excitement to my face, same with every time we made the front page.
I'm hoping for a better year for 2022 and for us to have much more memories to be had. It doesn't matter if this pandemic still continues on, we ourselves will be stronger and wiser for the actions, decisions, and struggles we face. I want each of you to know I appreciate all those comments I get to read and respond to, and seeing my inbox pop up with questions, or requests (even if I don't do requests) as it shows how much you want more from me in general.
So here's some goals I want to set for this year in General.
1. Finish From Farm to Fame with Pony_Dreaming and Some Leech
2. Finish A+ In Animal Husbandry
3. Finish off a Big Project for my Dirty Followers that I've been writing in the quiet about
4. Start up and continue with Autumn Blaze's tale where I left off in 2020
5. Try not to end up in the hospital as much this year as last year
It's not a big list, but it will take time as collabs aren't the fastest things to go through working with other's schedules, and I still will have to deal with personal stuff such as work. However we'll do a count come near the end of the year of what I've done, and see where we as a community have journeyed through as I work to improve my writing more.
So have a Happy and Safe New Year, set your goals, and track them along the way to see where you end up on your journey for the year.
