What Type of Nightmare Moon Fanfic Would You Like to See? · 12:48am Oct 4th, 2021
Let’s be honest Nightmare Moon is a pretty cool pony. However there is quite the lack of fanfics I feel about her, especially now since she was the very first villian in the series and never really showed up again or was talked about much, but I haven’t watched the show since 2017 so I might be wrong.
What I’m wondering is what type of fanfics would people be interested in reading about her? I have a few ideas but we won’t bring those up as instead I want to hear what the people would like to read about. Plus I feel it’s fun to write something up not made by myself and would be a good challenge to try and get back into Fanfic/Fimfic. If you want to hear my own ideas just PM and I’ll tell you a bit about them, nothing really solid, just small bite size ideas to something bigger I guess.
Luna must be terribly lonely. Every creature she knew before her exile is long since dead, most of them completely forgotten to history. She can't even visit their graves because all their headstones have crumbled away.
The only creatures from back then who are still around are Celestia--and maybe a dragon or two. What if there was one dragon left alive whom Luna had known? And what if she knew him because she had defeated him in battle and driven him into exile?
To make it more complicated: he doesn't want revenge. He doesn't even know Luna went into exile. He just wants to be left alone. But Luna wants to try to befriend him because he's her only other living link to the world she knew before she was sent away.
