It almost writes itself. Steal the idea and put your spin on it. This new generation is good so far, so let’s keep it that way.

Personal observations for those that wish to steal and use them:
-Sunny and Izzy are definitely close. The best friends of the group.
-Sunny and Hitch have history. Now that she’s restored friendship, I’m sure Hitch is more open to things.
-Izzy likes everybody. Run with that.
-Hitch and Pipp totally surf the same wavelengths. I would call them the most CANNON ship.
-Zipp cares the most about her people. Her loyalty causes her to follow Sunny in search of the solution. She’s also aloof. She’s the tough one to place.
-Everyone is old enough to have jobs, thus they’re all adults.
-Zephyr Heights is Canterlot, for those of you that may have missed that fact
-I’m pretty sure Sunny is a descendant of Twilight. I mean…did you SEE her dad?
-Hitch totally has Fluttershy’s ability with animals
-Izzy is just a straight reincarnation of Pinkie Pie
-Zipp is more loyal than Rainbow Dash.
-Pipp….helped Sunny feel the music with the dancing game. And she tried to help Hitch stop the tank. Honestly, she’s the most original of the group.
-Sprout is an annoying cunt, but it’s his mom’s fault. Neither of them are redeemed at the end.
-The bearded unicorn guy…he’s kind of a douchbag, but maybe he realizes it at the end.
-The pegasus queen is the closest to fixing her shit. But only because she had her whole kingdom turn on her and started dealing with it before the other two.
-Sunny’s an alicorn. It doesn’t matter what direction the show goes, Sunny is an alicorn. She was the only one that truly believed that all ponies could be friends. Her friends believed in her, but not her ideal.
-To put a biblical spin on it, Hitch is the Thomas to Sunny’s Christ. He didn’t believe in anything she had to say until she showed him.
