the CMC are still looking for cutie marks and decide to try getting their marks in pranks after some brains storming and a talk with pinkie and rainbow dahs they chose twilight as the target in a moment of absolute diabolical genius. sweetie comes up with a 3 phase prank to beat all others.
the entire town is in on it as twilight emerges from her library only to find everybody calling her mom for some reason at first she thought nothing of it spike haven been raised by her. she then finds it increasingly uncomfortable as its not just spike but the entire town greeting her as a mom... she then goes over to sugar cube corner ton find her friends having a completely nonsensical conversation as pinkie pie seem to only be capable of speaking jibberish while outside sweetie and few other friends are preparing for phase two day bue of the flying foals as apparently flying self levitating unicorns drift by the window as twilight unable to figure out her friends investigates the flying foals syndrome she eventually write a letter to celestial about the village losing its mind only to geta better back covering in foals sized ink prints and her mentors of choice of nonsense

after this point, she finds the entire town outside her door only to hear them no longer able to contain their laughter for her to realize she's ben poned
