Well, as a writer, I fully understand that you feel mentally tired and that your ideas, you feel that they are "bad" of course, it depends on the perspective and the relative with this. But it is completely understandable, because even so, the idea blocks when someone writes in situations like these are very dangerous.
Personally, I can recover ideas, I tend to go out with my friends and clear my mind. Especially in natural places, of course, this from my point of view, if you want to recover mentally and be 100% active again with good ideas.
