Hey guys, it's been a while since I updated you all on what's going on. Well here we go:
So, Shadows still remains a prime objective on my agenda and I'm trying to update it as often as possible, but I don't have the time to write as much as I used to, so thus why updates are taking weeks now. I updated Shadows every week on Fridays for over a year, and I wanted to keep that pace, but it just isn't feasible.
I went through a divorce and thus was forced to move out on my own, and that alone took a lot of my time. Because of this, I had to start working more hours to make up for the added costs of now paying 100% of the rent rather than splitting it with my partner. These days I'm working about 45-50 hours a week, and I get home and I'm exhausted.
On top of that, I have training I do for work at home sometimes (trying to get a promotion), and I'm about to start studying Cantonese.
My girlfriend has been very helpful in keeping my sanity in check because she's on Facetime with me every single day.
The virus obviously has hit us all hard, and I'm no exception. It's difficult not to get cabin fever in my situation, but I'm doing my best to cope.
Nothing is gonna stop Shadows, it's gonna be finished, I promise that. We're too close to the end to stop! I love all of you guys and thanks so much for your support over the years. :)
