So instead of the real Midnight Sparkle happening, we get a fake clone of her instead?
That's disappointing as with getting clones of Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker instead of the real ones happening within Luna and Celestia respectively.
Relying on fake clones for the princesses to "face" their darker halves isn't really the way honestly.
Like they are facing walking FAKES instead of dealing with the real darker halves that is within them.
Nightmare Moon is officially a split personality(that is linked to Luna's inner darkness and potential) while Daybreaker could be Celestia's destructive power gaining a will of its own due to she bottled them up so much, Midnight Sparkle could be a split personality too Twilight's mind created due to various factors such as her mental health and given all the freakouts and worries she had.
Honestly it felt like a cop-out that we are getting a clone of Midnight Sparkle(or is apparently separated) instead of like her manifesting within Twilight and going on a rampage. Luna could really help in stopping it due she literally went through the same thing while Spike could help her stop it too.
Please don't rely on clones(or someone SOMEHOW giving the darker halves separate bodies) for the princesses' darker halves. Not only it feels like a cop-out but it robs them of potential of facing themselves internally and also robs them of those powers.
Like Luna could have to accept her split personality after NMM is awakening again and then having to use those dark powers for the side of good.
So are we still doing that Autism episode, or is it all plot centered episodes from here? I hope we get an update on Sendak soon. He's the least evil of the villains, and I'm curious if he's heard what happened to Tirek.

I hope we get an update on Spoiled in season 14. Also, if the remaining chapters will all be plot centered, we should get a lot of fights. Hopefully we learn about Sendak soon.

Would the whole concept about the split personality deal the writers confirmed Nightmare Moon was would be touched on for Luna at some point?
I mean like the real Nightmare Moon that is within Luna, not the clone that is running around.
I certainly like the idea of Twilights inner darkness coming out. I've had to deal with my own for a long time. We all have darkness inside us.
