So, I promised I'd explain the options and all their effects and values once the story was over, so here we go.
For starters, I had set the bad end points goal at 25 Lust Points (or LP). Once Fluttershy passed this value (which occured in day 6), she would lose regardless of what point in the week it was. We'll first go through the options that were chosen day by day;
Day/Night 1:
Applejack & Rainbow Dash: +2 LP
Luna: No effect the night this is chosen. +1 LP each night after being selected (except on the Fluttershy night option).
Bell Collar: +2 LP per day worn. Induces temporary lactation when worn.
End of Day LP Tally: 4
Day/Night 2:
Rarity: +1 LP (Doubled by selected item)
Chrysalis: -1 LP (+1 LP from Luna option)
Lacy Stockings: Expands ass and thighs. Doubles LP on select options (Applejack & Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Pillory, Mane 6)
End of Day LP Tally: 6
Day/Night 3:
Twilight: +1 LP (Doubled by selected item)
Ponyville: -1 LP (+1 LP from Luna option)
Clit Ring: Grows a cock and balls. +1 LP per day worn. Cannot be removed until the end of the challenge. Doubles LP on select options (Applejack & Rainbow Dash, Twilight, Derpy, Mane 6)

Day/Night 4:
Pinkie Pie: +1 LP (If chosen after Chrysalis option, monster Chrysalis rapes her. Otherwise, a different tentacled monster would have done the deed)
Derpy: -1 LP (+1 LP from Luna option, only available after Bell Collar is replaced)
Wedding Veil: -2 LP per day worn. On third selection, +1 LP for third day only and item is corrupted. Cannot cum with cock until the end of the challenge (+1 LP from Clit Ring)

Cadance & Celestia: +2 LP, induces permanent lactation (only available after Luna and Twilight options)

Mane 6: +5 LP (only available after Meanwhile side chapter, doubled by selected item)
Emblem of Power: Only available after Clit Ring option. Expands cock and balls, heightens sensitivity. +2 LP per day equipped, cannot be removed until the end of the challenge. Doubles LP on select options (Applejack and Rainbow Dash, Twilight, Derpy, Mane 6. +1 from Clit Ring)

I didn't include the night option for Night 6 not only because it was it a tie, but Fluttershy had already passed the end value by the end of the day segment.
Now, let's have a look at the options that were sadly overlooked;
Day options:
Royal Spa: Feeling the need for a different approach, Talvira would bring Fluttershy to the private spa of the two sisters, to relax. This "relaxation" would come in the form of Talvira's harem of Ponyville milfs sensually massaging Fluttershy, with very milky results. +2 LP (Only available after Ponyville option)
Pillory: Wanting to stretch her legs, Talvira decides to talk Fluttershy for a walk through the streets of the orgy once known as Canterlot. Derpy: Talvira allows Fluttershy to stay in her room this day. However, the constant attention has made her body desire the pleasures of the flesh, and her new brainwashed servant Derpy is more than willing to help. +2 LP, can be repeated (Only available after both Clit Ring and Servant options)
Posey Shy: In a desperate attempt to break Fluttershy, Talvira reveals her mother and threatens to rape her into oblivion unless Fluttershy makes love to her. Tearfully, Fluttershy proceeds in this incestuous act. +1 LP (+2 LP after Clit Ring option. Only available after Mother option)
Night Options:
Starlight & Trixie: In an attempt to save Twilight, Fluttershy and their friends, Starlight and Trixie sneak their way into Canterlot. They make it inside the castle and are about to open the doors to Twilight's room before being caught by Talvira. She then cucks Starlight by fucking Trixie before her, eventually breaking them both. Once done with them, she has them locked in the pillories alongside Rarity. -1 LP (Unavailable after Ponyville option)
Midnight: Bored and wanting something to entertain her new sadistic side, Midnight decides to pay Fluttershy a night-time visit and proceeds to fuck her resistant friend. +3 LP (+4 LP after Servant option. Only available after Twilight option. Unavailable after Meanwhile side chapter)
Mothers: Angry that Fluttershy is still resisting, Talvira goes out to find new wenches to fuck. Upon spotting the previously hidden Twilight Velvet amongst Canterlot's fringe suburbs, Talvira has an insidious idea. She gathers all the mothers of the mane 6 and proceeds to break them. All except Posey Shy, who is forced to watch the milf orgy. -1 LP

So yeah, that's all the options that were available. I will admit I was desperately hoping the tassels would get chosen, yet each time something either blew it out of the water or just barely pipped it. Oh well.
It's kinda sad to see all of what we didn't get to see, know what I mean? I alsmost think the story would work better as something like a Twine game

I would have loved to see the pillory and the Milfs event, there are chances to see it as "what-if?"
