Update on Ranger of Seamane

Hi y'all, so two bits of information, first is that the next chapter is in editing and should be done by the end of the month, so expect to see chapter 11 in the next couple of weeks. The second is that the story now has cover art thanks to Lillowisp, I had some ideas and she made them come to life. Without further ado.
