I'm Not Dead 3: the thrilling conclusion to the trilogy.

I was mentally screwed up.

Quite seriously, when i wrote that last post, i was trying to rely on a surge of optimism i knew couldn't last at the time, but i realized over the course of the last year of shitshows and screaming that i knew i can't stay still anymore, and that's exactly what i've been doing. Permafrost at this time is over a full novel's length on Gdocs, and i haven't even gotten to the fourth chapter, because i realized that my former editor and i just weren't suited for each other. my writing just doesn't flow like others 100% of the time, but that doesn't mean i have a "bad style" it just means i need someone more suited to what my pen and my voice actually are.

I nearly went insane 2 weeks ago trying to rectify the stagnation in my life with everything, but in the end i was right from square 1, i just need to move forward, and let me tell you how that's going to happen.

I did open up commissions, but not publicly. I'm currently holding off until i can figure out how i can complete one of the ones from my first batch from offering them publicly (instead of in a super secret little hideout where you could've gotten one earlier ;3) but i want them open by the end of the month, and my starting rate will be 1.4 cents for word. if you want it published or private, i really don't care, but while i will work with anyone, some topics may require a bit more, as i've learned it's more difficult to write for fetishes i don't have, as seemingly infinite as they are. note this doesn't mean i'm abandoning any works, just making sure i can actually get them done before progressing on taking on more.

As far as CTS goes, i do accept blame for the lack of fics at west. i want to make CTS a better setting with my contributions, but i've been terrified of what it could mean if i succeeded at making west a bigger part of the setting, as if it would make people love Mani's creation less somehow instead of adding to it. I'll just say off the bat, the 3+ years of fermentation have turned west into an absolutely Goliath playground, and i'm looking forwards to showing off what that means. hopefully i can put out 1 chapter of perma a week until i hit the first major climax (;3) and then i may either take a small break to start on my upcoming stories, Flow and Gold, both set at west and meant to explore the setting even more in depth than perma, but i still want to finish Dubs and Party's little whirlwind romance.

Otherwise i'm split on my second account idea. while i do know there are a lot of people who get really weird about horny in pony, i also do want to let the people following me know there's so much more i can do. hopefully that time comes soon, but for now, i want to hear back from you as to what sorts of stories you'd want to read from me, because up until now, i thought that answer would be none. but then i saw someone unironically pog over my last chapter, and i want to make sure more people get the opportunity to get to do that themselves.
