They're both so good!

It's funny, really.

Despite how much of a love-hate relationship I've had with Thanos over the years, I've cited him as an inspiration for Ahuizotl's backstory and motivations in "A Moment of Truth" and the sequels I have planned. In this case, they were both outcasted by the societies they originated from because of their beliefs as to what could benefit the world they live in and they both believe that their worlds could benefit by taking away some lives.

And even though I haven't seen "The Dark Knight" trilogy yet, I've frequently watched the scene where Joker walks in on the gangsters' meeting on YouTube and cited him as an inspiration for when I was working with the Storm King on "A King's Grand Entrance". Mainly in terms of the Joker's personality and motivations.

So what you’re basically saying is that you like both?

Out of curiosity...

How interesting do you think it'd be to see an animated Batman film taking place between "The Dark Knight" and "The Dark Knight Rises"?

Does everything have to be like Star Wars? The Dark Knight Trilogy doesn’t need a midquel much less an animated one. It is perfect as a trilogy.

Also, you sound as if you’ve finally watched the trilogy. If so, what are your thoughts on them?

I haven’t actually watched the series, but I have done my research on it. Among the things I found out were that following Heath Ledger’s death, the fate of the Joker remained vastly unknown.

Call me crazy, but I think giving the Joker a more solid conclusion in the form of an animated film would be something people would love to watch. Whoever plays the Joker could also impersonate Ledger while merely supplying the voice.

No... no... absolutely NOT. The Dark Knight gave him a solid atmosphere of mystery surrounding him throughout the whole film. I am strongly against giving him a conclusion because the film already did that. Seriously, dude, why are you asking to fix something that has never been broken or been left incomplete before?

Please watch the series before you ask such unnecessary questions. I’m sorry, I’m just incredibly annoyed right now.

Alright, alright. Keep your shirt on. No need to get ants in your pants.

I’ll watch the series at some point and see whether how it ended for the Joker in the second film is a fitting send off and could ease my curiosity.

Thank you. You have to excuse my DC fan side of me. I can be really sensitive when someone doesn’t watch something and asks something ridiculous in regards to its universe.

:twilightsmile:Understandable.

As a matter of fact, I myself can get incredibly defensive of something I love and care for, the MCU, Disney, and MLP (G4) being among them.

I will say this:

Considering how unimpressed I was with Christopher Nolan’s work on “The Prestige”, I hope to not be disappointed by the Dark Knight trilogy in the slightest.
