Twilight Sparkle as Ariel: Both are strong, determined, kind, and brave.
Sunset Shimmer as Eric: Yes I picked her, I ship SunTwi but why not Starlight well I figured Sunset fit the role better plus I have another role in mind for Starlight.
Starlight Glimmer as Sebastian: What? How is she Sebastian you ask? Simple she has the serious tone and the same amount of joy as Sebastian. Plus Sebastian is my favorite.
Spike as Flounder: With Twilight as Ariel do I need to explain?
The Mane 5 and Trixie as Ariel’s Sisters: They all fit the role so well.
Starswirl The Bearded as King Triton: He is tough but has a soft side.
Queen Chrysalis as Ursula: She’s perfect for the role, manipulative and a drama queen it’s perfect.
Lord Tirek and Cozy Glow as Flotsam and Jetsam: They were Chrysalis’ “friends” in Season 9 so naturally they got the part.
Flash as Grimsby: He is a smart guy.
Owolicious as Max: He is a smart pet like Max was in the movie.
Wallflower Blush as Carlotta: When reformed she’s a pretty nice person.
Bulk Biceps(EQGs) as Chef Louis: He is very temperamental and is a nice guy.
I’ll be honest, I don’t know most of these characters.
