Searching for help to improve my story.

I am relatively new to writing stories and need help.

My first (and currently and only) story has already gotten 2 downvotes and i haven’t gotten any solid criticism, or criticism in general. I don’t know how to improve because of that.

Any tips or tricks?

yes. try to write some stuff in your phone with autocorrect, doesnt matter what you write, and once youre done take notes of the words you write different. example: you write "dit" but the correct word is "did"

I am writing this already with the autocorrect on my phone (actually a tablet, but for me it’s the same lol), but still thanks for the tip.
