I’m not expecting it to become massively popular, but feel free to take a look if it interests you. The premise is a modified version of A New World, a New Way’s.
After observing the world for millennia, Arceus is appalled by the various ways in which cruel humans have abused Pokémon's powers for their selfish ends, and wants to start over. He calls the legendaries for a meeting to discuss this plan, and some of them succeed in convincing him that some of humanity is worth saving. They decide to destroy all the Poké Balls, transform the good humans into Pokémon, and send them along with natural-born Pokémon and some necessary items (eg: berries and evolution stones) to another world, whose current inhabitants can hopefully lead by example and teach them a better way to live.
Meanwhile, Twilight Sparkle has just been crowned the Ruler of All Equestria. Before she can announce her plan for her friends to discover foreign nations on her behalf, her kingdom (well, principality, technically) is suddenly flooded with strange, powerful creatures who wouldn't look out of place in the Everfree Forest. After contacting the foreign powers she has connections with, she learns that this has happened all over the world.
Naturally, there's a rough start. Many humans are understandably unhappy about being transformed and taken away from their homes without will or warning, wild Pokémon lash out in confusion, and the nations of Equus struggle to keep up with the new arrivals. Will they eventually find peace? That's up to you to decide...
