Got a few days before the chains of work call to me so I wanted to get one more Monster Hunter two-shot out for the year. I can't decide right now so I thought I'd give you all the choice between these three. Two more centered to a winter theme, another sorta successor to The Black Dragon. Take your pick if you want. Two are canon monsters and the last is a Frontier Monster so expect over-the-top abilities.
The Phantom Beast - Oroshi Kirin (Will center around Zen and Yui)
The Wind Drifting Wyvern - Shrieking Legiana (Centers around a wandering Hunter in Canterlot)
The Barren Disaster Wyvern - Merphistophelin (Following another new Hunter in Equestria)

Kirin would also be an interesting fight to write, since it's a relatively small horse like monster.
