One Last "Thank You" · 12:22am Aug 10th, 2023
Hey there everyone, been a while since I've... ever posted here. Over a year, so much has happened since I moved on from this site. But I drop by daily just to check on things, even if I'm not heavily into this fandom anymore, still holds an integral place in my memory. So! Getting past all that weird nonsense, "Why am I posting out of the blue in the middle of the night?". Simple.
Thank you; I've... had a lot on my mind, comes and goes with bouts of good and bad spells, normal mental health stuff. I came back and just read through the comments on my two best stories, and two of my favourites stories I've ever written; Indomitable and Renegade. Reading through everything people had to say about them, all the funny comments and people getting my references, even the most obscure ones took me by surprise all over again. Having conversations concerning the lore of certain aspects of both the games my stories are based around, as well as my characters, how they've developed and grown. Zen and W being as well received as I had hoped.
But the best part? How unexpected it was to see how loved and appreciated my stories were, they meant something to people, gave an impact; people saying they were up there with the giants within their respective tropes, I felt... accomplished again, I felt I had actually done what I set out to do, and that's writing stories that people could be inspired by, to remember.
I can never repay that kindness, even though I'm no longer writing on Fimfiction, I'll never take any of what people have said to me here for granted. Because of everyone here, from the positive comments, the constructive and helpful ones, the funny ones and heavy debates, I'm happy that coming back to read them again still gives me these feelings.
Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for reading my stories, who knows, maybe some of you will find my newer/current content elsewhere. And thank you for making my dream a reality, that means more to me than anything.

I would like to say thank you for writing Renegade. It is by far my favorite story on this entire website along with my favorite game. It is sad to see another great writer leave the site, but atlas, not all good things last forever. I wish the best for you and hope I find your work elsewhere in this exciting and extremely large world. May the shadows guide you to peace, happiness, and endless success.
