1st Interlude Up!

I've decided to go for the change in schedule on a permanent basis, with parts posting Tuesday night and Saturday morning. The symmetry appeals to me.

For this part, we're seeing our first look into how this whole story came about, why the characters are trapped where they are, and the first potential hints of who might be behind it all. Consider these the equivalent of those little scenes you see at the beginning and end of DR chapters, where Monokuma talks to a silhouette of someone or something of that nature.

Also, an update on writing progress: I'm into the investigation section of Chapter Three. This chapter has been much harder to write than Chapter Two and Chapter One were because of things I can't go into yet. Suffice to say, my original intentions no longer worked, and I had to rearrange things by quite a bit. That, and the type of mystery I'm going for in this chapter made constructing it that much harder. But I'm hoping to have it finished before next week, since I'll have tons of free time between the slow work week and the days off, and now that I'm into the investigation, it's going much more smoothly. The week of November 30th sees me doing a lot of overtime for my work, so hopefully I can get as much done as possible the rest of this week.
