IFP - The new 12, unsorted.

Ideas for Projects. If you see anything you like, take it and make it your own. Most of these have probably been done in some way or another, but they might give you a different idea while reading them or you might decide to use it anyway. Just because it's been done before doesnt mean you shouldn't do it. Yours will be different im sure.

These will be sorted into the other blogs later.

180. No color bugs… Chrysalis's body has failed her, she starved. She retreats into the hive mind until she can pick the next leader. She picks Pharanx, but Pharanx isn't very diplomatic. Chrysalis is ok with that as she wants him to rule the world, but Pharanx just wants the hive to be safe. Chrysalis tries to convince him the best way to do that is to take over, but Thorax shows him that peace is a better option sometimes. At some point, somehow, Chrysalis gets convinced to allow Thorax to become a royal as well. They rule together a bit differently than Celestia and luna. With Thorax handling delicate situations and Pharanx handling tough ones.

181. Thorax went to the crystal empire and learned a lot from Cadence and Shining. Not just about friendship, but he learned a lot about ruling and politics by living in the palace. He wanted to see how they were different from Chrysalis. Turns out, Pharanx may be strategic and strong, but Thorax is smart and sly. He goes to learn from the pony Cadence got the devious trickery from… Celestia! Celestia and Cadence secretly see a kind leader in him and help him gain confidence. 

182. Thorax goes missing at the Convocation of Creatures. Pharanx is having a meltdown. (Optional) this is after Celestia and Luna retired, and Twilight is missing too.

183. Due to how often they meet, there is a scandalous rumor that Celestia has been giving "private lessons" to Thorax. She has indeed been talking to the bug king in private, but they are about private things. A few ponies just heard something out of context, so he reveals a secret to put these rumors to bed… Thorax is not much older than spike… Celestia facehooffs as the crowd gasps… Thorax is confused, why is the princess even MORE embarrassed… Celestia tells him no matter what he says, rumors can't be shaken off like that… ESPECIALLY LIKE THAT! Thorax thinks back to the time he said he liked mares and stations equally, thinking it was about equality, sex wasn't on his mind. That nightmare took months to clean up and he only said that to 1 journalist, did he just screw up even worse? (Optional) Celestia calms thorax down and assures him that it is not the worst rumor she has endured… technically…  

184. Thorax has to go on a diplomatic mission, he is worried about two things… his inexperience, and his brother… (optional) The creatures he is negotiating with like shows of strength and confidence, and his brother ends up saving the negotiations. 

185. While Thorax is in another country, he saves a child during a thunderstorm by using his ant-ables (antler mandibles… ok I'm sorry) and magic to redirect the lightning. His brother was using Thor as a nickname. Now the locals know him as Thor the king of thunder. (Optional) Hell learns he can control nature to an extent. Weather, plants, and (placeholder for more).

186. An offer is made, the character's eyes and the ability to dream for a particular power. The power to know all that is in their 'vision', both all they 'look' at and all that is near them even if they aren't 'looking' at it. It is similar to conventional sight, but instead of seeing, they simply know. They know all details no matter what, not even if their magic is suppressed or the object is invisible. If they are close enough, not even walls can keep secrets from them. They cannot read minds, but they know all about the body, including health. Nothing can stop the sight, not even sleep, they cannot dream though.

187. Luna gets in contact with the thestrals again. She founds the Shadowbolts. The sisters hold a competition between the two. (Optional) Lightning dust wants to join the shadowbolts for a second chance. (Optional 2) (Choose colorbug or not) and choose Thorax or Chrysalis.  The Changeling leader founds their own version and joins the competition. (Optional 3) Sorin is a changeling and must choose who to join as his loyalties are put into question on both sides. Will he be forced out of both/all and never fly professionally again?

188. One of the princess sisters is in another country… in prison… for a crime, they didn't commit. Now Twilight is desperately trying to keep the other sister from going to war while she tries to negotiate them back while changeling spies try to figure out what happened. 

189. Crystal golems lost long before the Crystal empire dissapeared. They were made during the construction of the empire. They can generate shields that cast warmth to those withing protecting from the snow. It is said they were even able to fend off windigos for a short time. Why were they turned off and abandoned?

190. 700 years ago Celestia realized she was falling into madness similar to her sister. Without the elements she could not stop it, so she tried to separate herself and Daybreaker into two separate entities, this would make her weaker but it would save everyone from her. (Optional) something went wrong and Celestia ended up with all the madness, Daybreaker has been pretending to be Celestia ever since. Daybreaker has been trying to fix her over the last 700 years, she thought Celestia was finally ready to come back after Daybreakers student saved their sister Luna, but she still has problems. (Optional 2) Daybreaker let Celestia take over for a while and the ones close to her knew something was wrong, then Celestia started breaking down again and then suddenly got calm when Daybreaker took back control. Twilight and her friends used the elements on her anyway and…

1. It put Celestia back in control and she went crazy again.
2. Nothing happened

So Daybreaker decided to tell everyone the truth, rather or not they believe her, the fact Celestia is still not ready remains. Daybreaker wants to find a vessel to put Celestia/herself in when she is ready.
(Optional 3) Chrysalis now knows why she felt those feelings from 'Celestia'. She thought she was just secretly a liar and a tyrant, she may have been wrong about her.

201. After Lyra learned the truth about Bon Bon, aka Sweety Drops, she became a bit more distant... but not for the reason Bon Bon thinks... Truth is, Lyra has run into S.M.I.L.E. before... (optional: Bon Bon allways wondered what she would do if she found the elusive creature that evaded the organization... turns out the answer is comfort it while it cries and tells you it's secret, the feed it breakfast in the morning... Changeling? Something else?)

202. Thorax explains to Twilight and Celestia that changelings have something similar to SSNs... the first 3 numbers designate hive, the next 3 are brood numbers and the last 3 are for the changeling themselves. Thorax says they stopped using the first 3 since, as far as Chrysalis knows, they are the last hive.

Celestia tears up at hearing this...
