This is the fourth post about this major brainstorm session. Again everything here is subject to change.
Again, As with everything else I post... If you see anything you like for one of your own stories, or something that gives you an idea, feel free to use it. I would like to know if I helped any though 
99% of the population don't know most of the relics exist let alone what they do. The exceptions are Crystal Heart, Staff of Sacanas, and Bloodstone Scepter.
The relics need to be 'recharged' at an altar that is attached to the gods' prison.
G=Good
S=Selfish
N=Neutral
E=Evil
How the relics are being used currently - the God whose power was used - the name of the relic - current owner - location - what it currently does and how it's being used.
G?-Celestia - Cup of Wisdom - Chrysalis - badlands - liquids (most often, tea) placed in the cup will be heated and filled with magic that will make anyone who drinks it smarter, think faster, cast spells faster, make their magic more powerful, and increase their efficiency. Chrysalis stole it from Sunset Shimmer's family. Sunset is trying to get it back, her family owns and runs all of the most prestigious schools and Universities in the Pony Empire
E-Celestia - Eye of Sau… I mean Solron - [insert name] - [insert location] - Channels Light magic even for those who cannot use it themselves, allows you to see anywhere the sun is shining, and can increase sunlight to an EXTREME extent at the location the eye is looking.
N-Celestia and Luna - Solunar/Sol'unar Hourglass - Pony Empire - a timer that forces Celestia and luna to move the sun and moon at specific times.
E-Luna - Staff of Storms/Sacanas - Storm king - [insert location] - Channels dark magic even for those who cannot use it themselves naturally, allows access to the dream world, and also controls Weather to an EXTREME extent. (side note: might have it so that he stole it from Queen Novo when he took over her empire)
E-Cadence - Crystal Heart and Crystal Pedestal - [insert name] - in the Crystal Empire it was made by the God that Cadence's power was from - Bends and shifts emotions, protects the kingdom, and was used to enslave the changelings. A machine is attached to the pedestal that fills smaller crystals that are used to feed the changelings across the land. The shipments are rarely raided by free changelings because that would mean the changelings that are still enslaved might not get any food.
N?-Shining - Helmet of War/Conquerors Helmet - Night Light - in the Pony Empire - Grants great strength to others but makes them susceptible to the user's orders of aggression.
E?-Twilight - Crown of Harmony - Twilight velvet - in the Pony Empire - enforces a peaceful mindset to those around the wearer, belief in the wearer, and makes others view the wearer as their better.
Discord - Wabbajack - vault - unknown - staff that bends reality unpredictably.
E-Grogar - Bewitching Bell - King Vorak, Tirac, and reluctantly Scorpan - in the Minotaur Empire - takes magic and the knowledge of said magic and gives it to any creature, even to individuals who couldn’t use magic before allowing them to use it freely.
E?-Grogar - Tartarus Lychgate - [insert name] - [insert location] - used to banish living beings to Tartarus as a cruel punishment.
E-Grogar - Summoning Tome - [insert name] - [insert location] - gives the user necromancer abilities and can be used to summon otherworldly beings, most of them bad.
E-The Shadow - Alicorn Amulet - Sombra - in the umbral empire - Gives great power but enhances one’s desires to the point you don’t think of the consequences.
S-Eris - Idol of Boreas - Lord Goldstone - in the Griffin Empire - when held, it greatly increases luck, and others will be prone to listening to and agreeing with their offers for the next 10 days.
N?-Akhekh - Bloodstone Scepter - Garble - In the Dragon Empire. Awarded during a deadly competition that occurs every 10 years. The current owner MUST participate, otherwise, it is optional - Gives strength in all forms including mental, physical, spiritual, magical. It can also compel dragons and is used as a symbol of leadership.

Okay, please don't take this as offensive. So, the world-building is less important than you telling about the character itself. As you did with tia and cadence where they are not like other gods and just make relics for something else. this also means, you need to make a background story for each of the relics. a lot of work indeed.

Hard to offend me, trust me.
This AU was mostly in planning to test my imagination. This AU wouldn't be made until I had the sufficient skills and experience to do so. But world-building is important.
