    One Year Later...

Has it really been a year since FiM wrapped up? Where did all that time go?

Why have I only published those three things in that time? Where did my spark go, the one I had back in 2018 and 2019? All those electronic pages stored on the cloud, birthed by the inspiration of the mind, collecting electronic dust as time marches on.

Lots of things happened on this day.

The theatre of the mind and the theatre of the written word has separated for me. All those visions turn to thin air as I try and think of the words to describe them. How do I do it? How do I join the theatres?

I try to answer the question, but the answer eluded me for a year and a day in a sea of distraction.

My vision is not yet complete. But it shall be, when the theatres are joined as one.

I find narrating stories out loud does wonders for kickstarting the creative process, whether it's scene dressing or dialogue.
