Yep. In the 100th chapter, she was mentioning how she doesn't want to spoil any surprises at the festivals. And then next she quietly talks about another surprise she doesn't want to spoil as she places her hoof on her stomach and no one else hears it but Audino. So she is already pregnant at this point.

In Chapter 78, Soarin arrived at Cloudsdale looking to train and he and Rainbow Dash had a battle. HIs signature Pokemon is Corvisquire which will eventually become Corviknight. And I also just really like Soarin as a character so I gave him the third coolest Flying-Type.
