Any icon makers out there?

I'm looking for a new icon, but not form my OC, but for one of the programs on my computer. I'm running the Inverse-Blue icon set on my computer, and really hate the icon for Palemoon. Since I'm asking here, I bet y'all can guess what I want as a replacement, but for those who can't, I want an icon of the Mare in the Moon. So, anyone up for that? I'm happy to pay for it.

I might be able to do something. Are you just looking for something modeled straight from the show or something a little more stylized and custom?

A bit of both I think. Basically I'd like it to look like it's part of the icon set (https://www.cinnamon-look.org/s/Cinnamon/p/1344791) while remaining as true to show as possible.

Ooo, very nice, thanks. I'll prolly have to play a little to incorporate it in the set, but that shouldn't be too hard. Besides, gotta fix a few other things in there too.
