Script: Daybreaker's Demise (season 10) (ALL ADDITIONAL CONTENT GOES TO THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS) · 1:10am Aug 5th, 2020
A tall pillar of darkness was being released from Daybreaker’s defeated body as she then began to feel the cold embrace of death, clutching at her form. She looked at her hooves and noticed that they were falling apart into dust as she sighed in defeat. “Bested, yet again. All I ever was is a fabrication, an empty husk that was filled with hatred.”
Celestia: “Daybreaker. I know you truly have a heart, deep down. You must have at some point, before my downfall in your timeline. Was any of this worth it in the end?” More of her body was collapsing, crumbling as the fate of time itself finally caught up with her. Daybreaker looked at what was left of her hooves and simply sighed.
“I feel… the emptiness of where my companions once stood by my side, even those vessels that were under my command. I took everything I had for granted… and now, I have nothing.”
Daybreaker then saw her chest turning into dust as she felt the regret of everything she did to that point. “My first surge of emotions that I’ve ever had in a millennia… for so long as I can remember… and it’s loneliness. Do you see, Celestia? A heart is just pain.”
Hero: “Daybreaker. Having a heart is what makes you real and unique. It’s natural and it’s what gives us strength, even the bonds of friendship.”
Daybreaker was feeling her life slipping away from her, she knew it wouldn’t be much longer now. “Really? Then it must take… incredible strength… the power of f-friendship.”
Then Daybreaker’s body disappeared as she faded from time, and likely existence as well.
