Life update about hoping for the best, and some great news! · 2:17pm Jul 25th, 2020
I know it's not only me who's scared of the future, but nothing is going to stay bad forever. There is something that everyone has to look forward to, that one thing that makes them cling on to that hope. With that being said, I blogged a few posts back how scared and panicked I am over my living situation and where it's left me.
However, the good news is one dream I've been hoping for. I'm officially a part of a band! I was offered the place and now I'm a part of it. We're working on something big for the next year, so I'm going to be devoting my time solely to that. I'll be meeting everyone for the first time when we're next in the studio. I've spoken to the drummer and the bassist, so I've yet to meet the guitarist / singer of the group. They're a cool bunch and we've discussed lyrics and swapped riffs with each other. I honestly am itching to go to the studio for the first time and to get rocking on with a few of my own songs I've been waiting to share and practice with a band!
This is what I'm hoping will be the turning point for me. According everything goes well and to plan, then there will be a little something that I'll share with you sometime next year. 
Can't wait to get this all done and worked out. It's gonna be a good time, I can feel and guarantee that much!
I'll have to let you all know how it goes once things take shape. It's the one thing I'm looking more than forward to!

Your work with guitars and music is paying off.
And it's a good social engagement too - I learn the Taiko drums (Japanese native drums) with a local group so I can half appreciate/understand the dynamics of a band.
Now you just need to kidnap some children and shoe them into your band like Jack Black did in the School of Rock movie.
Well then, congrats man!
I hope it will work out for you. Hell, who knows, maybe one day we would be able to say "That guy they call the next Kurt Cobain? Yeah, I know him from that pony site!"
