Anybody know what's going on with YouTube? For real, it's getting beyond annoying! · 2:28am Jul 22nd, 2020
Okay, so I don't have the slightest clue on what is going on with my playback, but I'm always met with pitch black.
This happens on literally EVERY SINGLE VIDEO I decide to watch. I don't know what the issue is or why it keeps happening. On some videos, it'll work, then on others, I get no playback. Reloading the screen does nothing and neither does restarting my laptop. Does anybody with technical knowhow know what's going on here? I'm a few non-loading videos away from tossing my laptop across the room. 
Is this a platform error with YouTube, or is it maybe to do with my router? I've sent reports of it happening to YouTube TWICE and I doubt they're going to look into it anytime soon, so if anyone out there knows what's happening, I'd be appreciative to hear it.
It honestly could be YouTube. You never know what they could be doing this time.
It is either Youtube or your computer because I don't have that problem.

I used to have one before it broke and I now own a Mac. It's an older model, so it's not without its glitches / setbacks. My cursor will also disappear occasionally and drive me insane. Maybe it is the system I'm using if that's the case? 🤔
