Ravenous Appetite is Under Construction!

Oh, give it a rest will ya! Sheesh, anyways, I wanted to keep everyone in the loop thus far. After going through the few chapters of Ravenous Appetite that are up, I've noticed that the pacing is much faster than I had intended and I even point that out a few times to myself in the comments and Author's notes. I've decided that It would be best to just go ahead and do a rewrite of certain events to give the story more length, depth, and longevity.

It may not become as big as a hit as The Power of the Equinox is, hell, it might become bigger depending on what I do with it. But that aside, I've noticed that my current method of storytelling, although it has worked thus far, isn't very good at keeping long-running stories like those going. I keep getting hit with Writer's block and it bogs me down to the point that stories don't see updates for months on end. So, I've started work on a system to create outlines and storyboards like I should have done from the start. I initially started writing because I had ideas and I wanted to get them out as fast as I could, but this method was counter-intuitive to actually writing a well thought out story. I hate to admit that even The Power of the Equinox was started on a whim all those years ago, inspired by the Meet the Equinox Ponies Tumblr blog.

So, I'm doing what I should have done from the start and work to deliver awesome and epic stories for your enjoyment. The Power of the Equinox is too far in for me to just do another rewrite, so I'll be working to solidify its concepts and storyline as well as push it back on track. Ravenous Appetite however is only four chapters in, despite that each chapter was rather lengthy lol. I've got plans and ideas swirling in my head and ever since I started on this little crusade to improve my writing things have become much clearer on what I want to do and what I want to happen. I hope you guys are okay and being patient with me here lol. Also, I won't be starting on any new stories until I've completed either The Power of the Equinox or Ravenous Appetite, for those wondering about the new story that is lol.
