Probably the best idea I've had for breakfast since I learned how to pour milk onto cereal - true story.

I'll tell you what's great:

Nachos and salsa. Old El Paso style.

Even better with some mature cheddar cheese and melted together in a microwave. Mmm. Everytime you go out somewhere and nachos are on the menu, go for it, dude!

I had it for breakfast one morning; probably not good for me, but it was the best way to start my morning than anything I've eaten before! I don't know how traditional Mexican it is, but spring onions always go well - they add that extra zing against the mellow flavour of the cheese.

But like pizza or ramen, dishes don't need to stay traditional.
